In the realm of process serving, the industry term “difficult process service” is used not only as a marketing tool, but a way to elevate your investigative career.

Do you know how to define a difficult process serve?

Come to our meeting on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, and listen as Steve Glenn, President of the Process Servers Association of Colorado (PSACO) discusses difficult process serves, and how to overcome problematic serves.


Steven D. Glenn is the co-owner of Magnum-Diego Priority Services, Peak Process Servers and Checkmate, Inc. He is a Colorado Licensed Private Investigator and an Alternate Defense Counsel (ADC) Investigator. He is also a co-founder and current President of the Process Servers Association of Colorado, (PSACO). Mr. Glenn also served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Professional Process Servers, (NAPPS), for four years, obtaining the position of 1st Vice President.

He was instrumental in petitioning the Colorado Supreme Court, Civil Rules Committee, to change Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 4 and was asked by the Committee Chair to sit on the Sub-Committee to draft the wording for the changes recently adopted.

He created and teaches the PSACO Process Servers Certification Course.
